Today we finalized the acquisition of a local safety training company, TDG-WHMIS Compliance Center Inc. They have been a great business partner since 2006, and completing this transaction completes a significant investment we have made in online safety training.

It's a rewarding moment and mostly because our company has continued to grow, at rapid pace, 100% funded by our profits and good old fashioned bootstrapping. This deal simply could not have happened without the very hard work of Greg Kureluk our Sales and Marketing VP and a minority shareholder of the company. ProTraining.com an operating division of Yardstick Software Inc . is pleased to announce the acquisition of the substantial operating assets of TDG-WHMIS Compliance Center Inc.

TDG-WHMIS is a successful Edmonton training company which specializes in the sales of several safety based training products and services to organizations across the country.  In business for over 12 years, they own and sell training resources and products, which are required by legislation in many sectors, including construction, transportation, hospitality and many more.

TDG-WHMIS previous owner, Michael Burke, remains a well-respected subject matter expert and training professional, serving for over 20 years in the Canadian safety-training sector.  Mr. Burke will continue to serve the company in a consulting and trainer role.
